What if my print arrives damaged?
We will do our best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case by case basis.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure payments are protected by our service provider, PayFast, a leader in the sector.
We constantly review our costs, processes and raw materials to ensure we always offer competitive pricing. We not only source our paper directly, we also ensure that the most cost-effective printing solution is utilised.
Print work is allocated to appropriate printing processes and equipment. The paper is sourced and specified as most suitable but also meets our environmental stewardship requirements.
We take pride in our ability to offer quick delivery. Once we have received payment and final artwork we will normally deliver in five to seven working days.
